  He is an Ex-Ship Captain turned Lawyer. He is the Managing Partner of QUADRAANT legal. In addition to his legal practice, he is an Ex-Member NITI Aayog (Planning Commission of India) for drafting "National Maritime Policy" and Member High powered Committee constituted by Prime Minister’s Office (PM O). He is on the board of advisors for India's first International Maritime Arbitration Centre GIMAC. He is also on the "Skill Development Committee" of Delhi Management Association. Additionally, he has been part of various committees constituted by Government of India.

In his illustrious career, he has successfully resolved disputes for multiple clients both domestic and International.  

He is qualified as a Master Mariner, Bachelor of Law, Master of Law, Post Graduation Maritime Law.

 Rajiv has over 40 years of experience in supply chain management, Logistics – Offshore & onshore Projects, Project Insurance, Export and Imports business development including regulatory issues like Customs, loading orders in related party transactions, GST (replacing Excise, VAT and service tax), and Banking & RBI guidelines related to EXIM. 

Familiar with Chartering of vessels and the BIMCO agreements, resolution of disputes. Familiar with Air charters including consolidation of cargo, Containers of various types associated INCO Terms and port formalities and vetting of foreign personnel for offshore projects, vessel approvals. As a team member executed offshore projects for ONGC, Bunduq, Qatar Petroleum, ADNOC. handled movement of biggest jacket - 13000 MT from Oman to India 

He is a Chartered Engineer, with PGD from IIFT Delhi, Dip in Business Law from NUJS, Kolkata, LLB and Member Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa followed by Diploma in Domestic & International Arbitration. 

Ayaan has graduated with a Bachelor's of Law Degree from the University of Mumbai and has experience working and advising in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution matters before the Bombay High Court, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Metropolitan Magistrate Court, City Civil Court and National Company Law Tribunal. He is presently pursuing his Masters of Law with Himachal Pradesh National Law University. 

He has worked with Banks, NBFCs and Corporate houses as well as individual clientele.

He presently assist in dealing with Commercial Suits and extends his support in dispute resolution matters. He also has experience working in the Real Estate Sphere and Testamentary/ Succession matters as well as Contract Drafting and vetting of Loan Documents

Sadik has  experience of 14 years in corporate operations. He is a lawyer registered with the All India Bar council. He handles legal advisory service for real estate and general corporate along with commercial and non commercial litigation. He also extends his support in the portfolio of  Corporate Financing , Mergers & Acquisitions

Dr. Amrisha Pandey is a distinguished lawyer turned academician specializing in International Environmental Law. She holds a BALLB (Hons), LLM, and PhD in International Law. Dr. Pandey has been awarded prestigious fellowships, including those from the Max Planck Institute and the Earth Law Centre. With three years of teaching experience at Indian universities, she has contributed significantly to academia, particularly in Ocean Governance and Marine Pollution at Gujarat Maritime University. Additionally, she is a registered lawyer with the All-India Bar Council.

  "Flavian holds multiple qualifications like Cost and Management Accounts (Intermediate), Company Secretary (CS- Executive), Master in Business Management (MBA) , Bachelor of Law (LLB), and is certified in GST (Goods and Services Tax) from Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI)

He has a wide experience in legal matters related to multimodal transport and is one of the most respected individuals in the logistics industry.

  Sandeep is a Master Mariner and also a Bachelor of Law. He has an extensive experience on various types and sizes of ships all over the world. 

He also has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Shipping Management from the NMIS (Mumbai) along with an M.A. in English from the University of Mumbai.

He possesses a very extensive knowledge in ship chartering and legal intricacies of pre-fixture as well as post-fixture matters.

  Rajesh is an Ex Marine Chief Engineer. He has extensive experience as Lloyd’s surveyor followed by many years in shipbuilding industry. As a Lloyd’s surveyor he was involved during the construction stage of India’s premier Jamnagar RIL Refinery. He has been instrumental in shipbuilding right from the drafting stage till the final launching. His shipbuilding experience encompasses all types of vessels like LNG / VLCC / Container vessels / DP Vessels. He has commanded a team of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers towards successful completion & execution of multiple ship buildings. Besides his ship building experience, he has also conducted innumerable technical ship surveys both for new buildings and post building. In his distinguished service span he has worked with some of the most well-known and respected organisations like Lloyds Register of Shipping, Mitsui Shipyards, Zebec Marine, Murray Fenton.

Colonel Kulvinder Bir Singh is a veteran with 28 years of experience in Indian Army followed by 16 years of experience in operations/ logistics and Administration in coal industry. He has headed mutiple strategic positions in some of the major coal based industries. of India. He carries with him a rich experience of Export/Import trade coupled with the the discipline of armed forces.

He is an MBA in HR & Marketing and has been part of top companies in coal trade & textiles manufacturing.

Rajesh is a Chartered Accountant with 42 years of professional experience of Fund management, equity and debt funding – both National and International; Management Consultancy. Additionally, he is an expert at Project Funding, Financial Re-Engineering and Management Consultancy

Pritam has had a fulfilling career in the Merchant Navy with sixteen years of sailing experience. Having worked in dry and liquid cargo ships in various capacities as a deck officer, he finally left sea as the captain of the ship in 2000.

Since leaving  Merchant Navy, Pritam has spent twenty two years of his career in the Port Sector, starting as a Pilot with Visakhapatnam Port Trust and finally culminating as Head (Marine Services) with Adani Gangavaram Port Limited.

He is currently a Marine Consultant working on the strength of his long and varied experience in the Marine Operations aspect of the Port Sector which includes setting up a greenfield port at Gangavaram in the year 2008.
